Campaign Initiation

WEB Starliner's launch campaign commences 45 days prior to liftoff, marking the initiation of stacking an Atlas V rocket at Space Launch Complex 41 by United Launch Alliance (ULA). Following two weeks, the Starliner spacecraft is meticulously mated atop the Atlas V.

Launch Window

WEB The highly anticipated Starliner launch from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida is scheduled for May 16 at 1034 p.m. EDT. Subsequently, the ULA Atlas V rocket and Boeing Starliner spacecraft are targeted for a launch on June 1 at 1225 p.m. EDT from Space Launch Complex-41 at Cape.

Launch Delays

WEB The Starliner launch has faced several postponements, including April 2023, July 2023, April 2024, May 6, May 10, May 17, May 21, and May 25. Currently, the launch is on hold pending the evaluation of a minor helium leak detected in Starliner's propulsion system.

NASA's Boeing Starliner-1 will commence its journey after the successful completion of NASA's Artemis II mission. The highly anticipated liftoff is now slated for no earlier than June 1 at 1225 p.m. EDT (1625 UTC).

Historical Significance
